Asset Attributes

The Assets attribute section in TonaPik provides administrators with complete control over the structural elements required for asset submissions. These attributes serve as foundational metadata that ensure consistency, quality, and proper categorization of submitted assets. Each attribute type has its own dedicated menu in the sidebar, allowing admins to manage them independently.

• Categories :
  Categories are used to group assets into meaningful types such as Nature, Business, Abstract, etc.
  Admin can create, update, and toggle their status between active and inactive.
  These categories help in tagging and sorting submitted assets appropriately.
  Categorization improves searchability and system-wide content organization.
• File Types :
  File Types define supported formats like Photos, Videos, PSD, AI, Vectors, and more.
  Admin can add or remove file types and manage their visibility status.
  Authors must select one file type when submitting an asset.
  Proper file type classification ensures accurate filtering and validation.
• Archive Manager :
  Allows defining accepted compressed formats like ZIP, RAR, 7z, etc.
  Authors use these to upload their main downloadable asset file.
  Admin can add, edit, and enable/disable specific archive formats.
  Helps maintain standardized submission packaging.
• Resolutions :
  Defines quality or size options for submitted assets (e.g., 1080p, 4K, HD).
  Authors select applicable resolution(s) when uploading assets.
  Admin can manage, update, and control their availability.
  Maintains consistency in visual content quality levels.
• Colors :
  Color presets are used to tag the dominant colors in an asset.
  Assists in better filtering and visual discovery by buyers.
  Admin can create and control the status of color tags.
  Enhances the browsing experience with color-based navigation.

Each credential type can be fully managed via the admin panel, including creation, updates, and status toggling (active/inactive). These credentials are essential for guiding users in proper asset submission, while giving the admin granular control over the submission structure of the TonaPik platform.
